BOOKINGS CANCELLATION

Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking 14 days or more prior to arrival date, a booking postponement fee of 30% of the booking total will apply.

Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the booking will be classified as a cancellation and our booking cancellation policy will apply.

Should a guest be booked on a special rate and decide to postpone booking, to a date outside of the special rate period, the special’s rate will expire and the guest will have to pay the amount that is being offered at the time and will be charged an additional 30% of the booking total as a postponement fee.

RETENTION TIME
